It would seem I have started to gain a more nuanced appreciation of house and techno. I view this as a good thing— and probably, about time.As such, we headed out to Sunday Best, which has had a few homes this summer and currently resides at Brooklyn Fire Proof in Bushwick. It was truly the perfect Sunday afternoon. Amazing tunes in a spacious back alleyway, drinks, tacos, Christmas-style lights when it got dark out and even projections on the walls. On the heels of their club night’s closing earlier this year, Glaswegian duo Optimo pretty much killed it. In short, A+.
