(Saturday, December 11, 2010) Black light stamp: CHERYL: WYZYRD BLYZZYRD @ The Bell House This past Saturday was what I am now referring to as “a CHERYL’s CHERYL”— there weren’t a ton of people (especially compared to the hundreds who lined up for CHERYLWEEN in October!), but most of the die hards were present, in costume, ready to work it out.As soon as I heard the party’s theme, I decided to dress as a giant letter Y. A Gandalf-wizard-staff-esque letter Y. This caused many many people to come up to me and inquire what the hell exactly I was, which was fun. There were wizards with painted faces covered in tinsel and beards all over the place, the performance was on-point, fun sets were played by DJs DSO and Nick, and I was indeed able to dance despite spending the entire night trapped in a massive cardboard box. Speaking of which: major thanks to Dani, Nils, Pirapha and Rickie for acting as my wranglers!
